Sketchbook 26/4/12

A sketchbook page from yesterday. I have been slack on the blog updates. Have been too busy. There was a trip to Chicago and then Comiket. Two events that I should have written about. Next week is Toronto for TCAF. I will blog about this.

From Chicago to Comiket

Back from Chicago report to follow.

Comiket tomorrow and looking forward to and catching up with friends. Interesting stuff happening. Marc and Adam have started a new venture called Great Beast – exciting!

Off to Chicago

I am flying out to Chicago tomorrow to attend comic con with Daniel Merlin Goodbrey. We will be on the Comics First booth signing Necessary Monsters and other stuff.

Here is a sketchbook page.

See you when I get back.

Sketchbook and reviews

Back to posting sketchbook pages now I’m working in sketchbooks again. This is brush pen sketches drawn while travelling on the underground.

Richard Bruton has been very kind in review most of my recent output. The latest is for D’Accord, which can be read here. There is also one for Sketchbook. My project with Douglas, Dark Matters is now in the process of being printed. No timescale as of yet. But looking forward to seeing the completed version.

Sketchbook 3 coverage

Richard Bruton has written a piece about Sketchbook 3 over on the FP blog.

Thank you once again Richard, for taking the time to look at my stuff.

Appreciated.
